Materials:

Two empty toilet paper rolls

A small amount of green & red cellophane

Yarn -28 inches

Transparent tape
-
Construction paper
-
White glue
-
Hole punchers

Scissors
Directions:
Cover one open end of one toilet paper roll with green cellophane. Tape cellophane into place. With the other toilet paper roll, cover one open end with red cellophane. Glue construction paper around each toilet paper roll covering the tube. Glue both tubes together side by side. Let glue dry. On open ends of tubes, punch a hole in each tube across from where tubes are glued together. Tie one end of yarn to one hole, then tie remaining yarn end to hole on other side. If you don't want 3-D effect, you can omit cellophane or use just one color of cellophane.
