Materials:

• Plain pencil
• Self drying modeling compound or clay
• Small cookie cutter
• Seed beads
• Acrylic paints
• Paint brush

Directions:

Cut two shapes out of modeling compound or clay, using the same cookie cutter. Place eraser end of pencil between two shapes & press firmly together. For decorations add seed beads by pressing beads into clay or modeling compound before the clay or compound dries. When clay or modeling compound is totally dry, paint can be added. I used a gingerbread man cookie cutter, black seed beads for eyes, & a red seed bead for a nose. Try other cookie cutter shapes. School or team colors can be fun.
