I found a way to fit my workout time in while getting quality time with my 2 year old.
Materials:
- Workout Video
- small weights
- styrafoam step
Directions:
Pop in a workout video and set your son or daughter up with the same equipment you have(weights,step
etc.),and let him/her follow your lead. They love feeling included and like a big kid; and we get our workout.
