my daughter's 11th bday in two weeks help

I need serious help to come up with my daughter's 11 year celebration of life. She is a very precious part of my life and I want to show her just how much I appreciate and want to celebrate her birth almost eleven years ago. She has the idea of a sleepover, but I truly don't like the idea of amusing a group of girls overnight after I have worked all week. I wouldn't mind a night adventure (going out to eat and movie) and then having their parents pick them up.. I would appreciate any additional ideas that can either make a sleepover run smoother with fun filled activities they can do without my help, or some other type of night adventure that does not require a sleepover. help....
