That is going to be a boring party if none of that stuff happens!!! If they want to do something then they will find a way to whether you know about it or not. Just don't be an over protective mother. They will do it eventually so I'm sure you would like it to be at her home. Even thoug it probably won't. Good luck but remember those things happen. She is thirteen!!! Give her some slack!!!
